These were all freeform <a target="_blank" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saz">saz</a> and mandolin jams recorded in Inge's wagon (below) near Lodes, just north of the French <a target="_blank" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pyrenees">Pyrenees</a> on 28/10/02 and 02/11/02.

<a target="_blank" href="http://www.maths.ex.ac.uk/~mwatkins/imagery/pirate.jpg">Inge's beloved dog Pirate</a>, who sadly died just before the <a target="_blank" href="http://soundsfromthespring.blogspot.com/2005/06/midsummer-travels.html">summer solstice, 2005</a>, was curled up in the wagon during these sessions. She's visible in the picture above and can be heard barking on a couple of the pieces.
